The personal data of individuals is posted on the website with their consent to the processing of personal data permitted for dissemination, for the purpose of promoting goods, works, and services on the market. No specific conditions or prohibitions have been established by individuals who are subjects of personal data.
LLC “MedGuru” is engaged in the development and support of computer programs (code 1.01 according to Order No. 449 of the Ministry of Digital Development dated May 11, 2023), their implementation (code 2.01), as well as providing access to electronic educational and (or) enlightenment information using our own computer program (code 16.01).
The cost of using the software is calculated individually upon request via email to sales@medguru.studio. The method of software distribution is via the Internet – an Internet service (SaaS).
Access to the computer program “Educational Medical Platform Medtouch 2.0” via the Internet for its intended use (listening to events, reviewing posted content) is provided free of charge to registered users. A fee may be charged for posting content or conducting events using the computer program by other persons, except for LLC “MedGuru”.
